Arithmetic Quiz Generator

Problem

Low-End computers and some Educational devices don't have the resources to run modern day web browsers. In these regions where such access is not available , educational applications that run natively without a web browser are much needed. Using a cross platform language like Java with their lightweight GUI toolkit, this Mathematics Testing application for Grades K-8 is perfect for improving a child's arithmetic capabilities.

Approach

To be as resource efficient as possible I didn't rely on parsing or configuration libraries instead opting to make my own. I developed a custom data format like JSON with it's own parser to interpret global and user settings.

The platform was made cross platform with a primary focus on Windows and Linux based systems.
